Abstract :
[en] Assessing the lexical abilities of bilingual children is a complex task, as this domain is strongly influenced by environmental factors. The static tests currently used for this purpose contain biases that reduce diagnostic accuracy in children with developmental language disorder (DLD). This article highlights the value of dynamic assessment, a method that examines word learning to better capture the lexical skills of bilingual children.
