Learning analytics at the bedside of a seriously ill patient called ‘Assessment’

This communication highlights some of the limitations inherent in current assessment practices in higher education. However, Learning Analytics hold some promises for improving the quality of assessment practices. In particular, the feedback provided to students is likely to become more varied and frequent.
