Abstract :
[en] Language development and skills are key components of future school readiness, and academic success. Given the expertise of SLTs in language support, it is essential to better define their roles and involvement in schools. This paper aims at understanding the realities of interprofessionnal collaboration between preschool teachers and Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) in the Lebanese preschools. It also aims at exploring SLTs’ perceptions and self- efficacy regarding their role in prevention in preschools. Finally, it aims at identifying barriers that can hinder professional collaboration in preschools.
