Abstract :
[ca] Amb la convergència el sistema televisiu ha viscut en els últims
anys una nova transformació, amb canvis com ara el desenvolupament
de nous sistemes de transmissió del senyal, la televisió
multiplataforma, la multiplicació de canals o la fragmentació
de l’audiència. Aquest article examina l’última evolució del sis- tema televisiu a la Unió Europea, el qual harmonitza un marc
jurídic comú bàsic amb diversos models d’organització audiovisual
basats en la seva diversitat cultural i nacional. [en] Due to convergence, the television system has lived lately a
new transformation with changes such as the development of
new signal transmission systems, the multi-platform television,
the multiplication of the channels or the fragmentation of the
audience. This article examines the late evolution of the televi- sion system at the European Union which harmonises a com- mon basic legal framework with different models of audiovisual
