[en] This work was dedicated to the development of a dual mode fluorescence and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) dopamine aptasensor. The preparation of the aptasensor was first optimised. Thereafter, calibration curves were realised by means of fluorescence quenching and SERS. Finally, the specificity of both methods was tested.
