[fr] Le dépistage précoce d’un retard de langage est une problématique difficile. Cela est d’autant plus vrai pour un dépistage rapide à large échelle dans des populations à risque ou multilingues. Tel est le défi que nous avons tenté de relever avec l’Office belge de la Naissance et de l’Enfance auprès de 683 enfants âgés de 12 à 24 mois. Ce travail a débouché sur un outil de dépistage de quelques questions qui permet de différencier les enfants obtenant un score à risque de leurs pairs. [en] Early screening of language delay is a challenge, especially in multilingual populations. The present research has led to the development of a rapid, large-scale screening tool for the Belgian Birth and Childhood Agency, based on the performances on communicative development inventories of 683 children aged from 12 to 24 month.
