Planning permits, environmental permits, merging into a single authorization
Abstract :
[en] The single permit is the authorization required by law in Wallonia when the project requires both planning permission and environmental permit. The single permit is remarkable administrative simplification. Indeed, one procedure is applicable mediated by the different administrations. Some problems of scope have been resolved. This procedure in effect since 2002 is a success.
