Abstract :
[en] The SIEFED (“Specific Immunological Extraction Followed by Enzymatic Detection”) method already developed for the specific detection of the activity of equine myeloperoxidase (MPO) was adapted for the specific measurement of active human MPO in biological fluids or tissue extracts.
