Abstract :
[en] We consider a viscous incompressible two-phase fluid flow, governed by a Stokes system, in a domain containing a free fluid, a random filter of finite thickness, and the interface between them. The filter consists of vertical small diameter pipes with random rough sections. We suppose that, within each tube, the interface fluid-fluid admits a random structure. We construct boundary layers describing the flow at the interface between the free fluid and the filter and, using Γ-convergence methods, we study the asymptotic behavior of the fluid as the thickness of the filter tends to zero. We derive a macroscopic model with a viscous incompressible two-phase fluid flow in the free domain coupled with a Darcy law, connecting two-phase velocities on the permeable interface, all combined with random interface conditions linking the velocity in the free domain and that in the porous interface.
