Abstract :
[fr] Cette communication explore l'intérêt clinique des tâches de répétition de pseudo-mots (RPM) et de phrases (RP) dans l'identification et la dissociation du trouble développemental du langage (TDL), des troubles des sons de la parole (TSP) et du double diagnostic (TDL+TSP). Nous présenterons les principaux résultats de notre étude menée auprès de 143 enfants francophones âgés de 4 à 5 ans et demi. Les données montrent que la RPM se révèle particulièrement sensible aux difficultés phonologiques. La RP, quant à elle, détecte la présence de ces trois troubles avec une haute précision. Les deux épreuves sont complémentaires pour identifier et différencier ces pathologies. La présentation se conclura par des recommandations cliniques pratiques, illustrées par deux cas cliniques concrets, favorisant ainsi le transfert des résultats vers la pratique logopédique.
