[en] In the essay, we will first briefly review the scope of the Recast (I), then address the innovations introduced since the Regulation Brussels IIa (II) and, finally, discuss the points on which the Recast remains silent (III). [fr] Dans l'article, nous commencerons par rappeler brièvement le champ d'application de la refonte (I), puis nous aborderons les innovations introduites depuis le règlement Bruxelles II bis (II) et, enfin, nous discuterons des points sur lesquels la refonte reste silencieuse (III).
