Abstract :
[fr] La « pré-disponibilité numérique » d’un support de cours a été défini comme sa fourniture et son accessibilité avant la date du cours, par tout moyen technique relevant des Tice, pour permettre aux étudiants un travail préparatoire sur la base du volontariat. Dans cette communication, nous revenons sur les résultats de 2017, avec un nouveau terrain mené en 2023, pour confirmer les tendances et représentations véhiculées par cette pré-disponibilité numérique. Nous souhaitons notamment valider si elle est génératrice d’absentéisme et de distraction en cours, ou a contrario, encourage les étudiants à lire le support avant le cours pour engager un travail préparatoire, à être plus disponible en cours et donc plus attentif et enfin, influence leur prise de notes durant le cours en prenant appui sur ces supports pré-disponibles. Cette étude diachronique (à six ans d’intervalle) fait un pont sur la période de pandémie due à la Covid 19 et permettra d’envisager -de nos jours-, l’influence de la numérisation forcée de l’éducation sur cette pré-disponibilité numérique des supports de cours.
[en] The "digital pre-availability" of a course material has been defined as its provision and accessibility before the date of the course, by any technical means relevant to ICT, to allow students to carry out preparatory work on a voluntary basis. In this communication, we return to the results of 2017, with a new field study conducted in 2023, to confirm the trends and representations conveyed by this digital pre-availability. In particular, we wish to validate whether it generates absenteeism and distraction in class, or conversely, encourages students to read the material before the course to undertake preparatory work, to be more available in class and therefore more attentive and finally, influences their note-taking during the course by relying on these pre-available materials. This diachronic study (six years apart) bridges the period of the Covid 19 pandemic and will allow us to consider - nowadays - the influence of the forced digitalization of education on this digital pre-availability of course materials.
