Abstract :
[en] Bilateral humeral artery aneurysm is a very rare condition. Simultaneous bilateral complication of these aneurysms makes it even more unusual. We present a case of a 44-year-old man with bilateral digital ischaemia as a complication of a bilateral humeral artery aneurysm. Anamnestic, clinical and per-operative findings led to several hypotheses. A venous bypass graft was done to exclude both aneurysms and to arrest the embolisation into the digital arteries.
