[en] This paper examines the Intelligent Transport System of Namur (Belgium), which aims to manage urban mobility and regulate the use of transport infrastructure in a centralised way. To do so, it presents empirical results based on document analyses, interviews and observation. The paper discusses the relevance of a control lens to this project and suggests to complement it with a broader focus on local smart imaginaries and identity-building.
