Abstract :
[en] This presentation is based on a working paper that is accessible under https://hdl.handle.net/2268/296620. In this presentation, I defended the thesis that parliamentary immunity in the strict sens is a necessary evil, that sometimes proves to be insufficient. Every part of this thesis is developped: evil (with regard to human rights), necessary (legitimate purpose of parliamentary immunities) and sometimes insufficient (espacially concerning members of the opposition).
