Abstract :
[fr] Le recours en annulation est l’action qui peut être introduite devant la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne pour faire contrôler la validité des actes adoptés par l’Union européenne. Les conditions de recevabilité de ce recours sont énoncées à l’article 263 TFUE. Plusieurs d’entre elles concernent la qualité pour agir des personnes physiques ou morales. Cette contribution fait le point sur l’interprétation de ces conditions à la lumière de la jurisprudence de la Cour de justice de l'UE la plus récente.
