Abstract :
[en] This document aims to present the findings from a case study led in the tourism industry on the impacts of social dialogue on ongoing processes of restructuring resulting from digitalisation. More specifically, it addresses the organisational and digital changes that occurred in a hotel in Belgium which we will henceforth refer to as “Hotel Alban". Bargaining outcomes relate, inter alia, to securing of the work contracts, transitional measures to give employees time to adapt to the new situation, trainings, internalisation of the housekeeping and clarification in the work contracts of tasks and skills requested.
