Abstract :
[en] Synthesis of peptides requires addition of amino-acid residue through liquid and solid phase process using coupling reagents such as salts of hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBt). The uronium compound TBTU (2-(1H-benzotriazol-1-y1)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophophate) provide efficient incorporation of amino acids minimizing racemization.
