Abstract :
[en] This thesis first seeks to expose the positive role (if any) of the origins of dominance in the enforcement of Article 102 TFEU. Second, it explains why dominant firms are neither equal, nor should the effects of their conduct be equally assessed under Article 102 TFEU.
