[en] Presentation of a beta version of the Thot Sign-list (TSL), the first online repository of hieroglyphic signs. The TSL crucially allows (1) for the encoding of all the functions associated with a hieroglyphic character, (2) for recording as many sources as needed for each sign and function, and (3) for structuring the various shapes into classes that may have additional semographic functions.
