[fr] Le port est une entité hétérogène qui regroupe un ensemble d’acteurs dont les objectifs sont parfois contradictoires. L’analyse de leurs interactions permet de comprendre le mécanisme qui régit la gestion portuaire. Ce mécanisme influence la performance du port. Dans cet article, nous analysons l’efficience portuaire selon un modèle dynamique. Ce dernier est basé sur un cadre conceptuel établi selon une analyse systémique. Les simulations effectuées montrent que les paramètres « vitesse de chargement » et « dimension du connecteur » sont les paramètres les plus influents. L’investissement dans des nouvelles installations pour le port de La Skhira (Sfax, Tunisie) est notre principale recommandation. [en] The port is a heterogeneous entity which includes a set of actors whose objectives are sometimes contradictory. The analysis of their interactions allows us to understand the mechanism that governs the port management. This mechanism influences the port performance. In this article, we analyze port efficiency as a dynamic model. The latter is based on a framework established by a systemic analysis. From the simulations performed, it may be concluded that the parameters "loading rate" and "Connector dimension" are the most important parameters. Investment in new facilities for the port of La Skhira (Sfax, Tunisia) is our main recommendation.
