Abstract :
[en] Strychnopentamine has been tested for its cytotoxicity and antitumor activities and compared with two other bisindolic alkaloids that possess an usambarane skeleton. The presence of a N-methylpyrrolidine group increases the antimitotic activity of this type of alkaloids.
