[fr] Cet article présente les résultats préliminaires de l’efficacité du programme Lidcombe auprès de patients francophones. L’objectif est de poser une réflexion quant à son applicabilité dans un contexte réel de pratique clinique, d’en présenter l’impact auprès de différents types de patients et de discuter des possibles principes actifs de la méthode. [en] This paper presents preliminary results of the Lidcombe program on French stuttering preschool children. The purpose is to assess its effectiveness in regular clinical contexts, with various profiles of children, and to discuss the possible treatment mechanisms.
