Abstract :

[en] Enteric duplication cysts, and particularly caecal duplication cysts, are rare and generally benign congenital anomalies for which a diagnosis is difficult to make because they mimic other surgical diseases. A surgical management is the treatment of choice. The diagnosis can then be made or confirmed by histopathologic analysis.
