Abstract :
[en] Cutaneous cystic-like lesions do not always correspond to real epithelial cysts. Indeed, the histological examination may identify another benign tumour. But, in some instances, the surprise may be greater. We report three patients in whom lesions suggested clinically small cysts. However, they were malignant neoplasms corresponding to a malignant fibrous histiocytoma, an epithelioid angiosarcoma and a metastatic adenocarcinoma, respectively.
