Abstract :
[en] Multiple baseline technique has been frequently related to success in teacher training. In this study, it was applied to change three enthusiastic behaviors by a pre-service teacher (hustles, dynamism, feedback). The experimental design was planned for 20 weeks. It comprised 28 lessons and was divided into several phases (baseline, treatment, maintenance, follow up). The experimental design was successful as well in target behavior modification as in short - and long-terme stability of the changes. Qualitative analysis of the results provided useful information about the evolution of target behaviors. The procedure pointed out: (1) the specificity of the evolution of the behavioral changes; (2) the influence of various factors on the short term stability of the behavioral changes; (3) the influence of the duration of the treatment on the long term stability of the behavioral changes, and (4) the positive effects of a timely recall intervention. Data confirmed the reinforcing effect of a systematic follow up in teacher prepatation. [fr] Dans la formation des enseignants, la technique de la ligne de base multiple constitue un procédé dont l'efficacité a été mise en évidence à maintes reprises. Nous l'avons utilisée afin de modifier successivement trois comportements enthousiastes d'un élève-professeur (encouragements, manifestations de dynamisme, réactions à la prestation). Nous avons appliqué un plan expérimental programmé sur une durée totale de 20 semaines, comprenant 28 leçons. Il comporte plusieurs phases successives (ligne de base, intervention, maintien, contrôle) et s'est avéré particulièrement efficace tant pour la modification des comportements-cibles que pour le maintien à court et à plus long terme des changements acquis. L'analyse qualitative des résultats permet de souligner: (1) la spécificté de l'apparition des changements comportementaux; (2) l'influence de divers facteurs sur le maintien à court terme des changements comportementaux; (3) l'influence de la durée de la phase expérimentale sur la stabilité à plus long terme de ces derniers et, (4) les effets favorables d'une intervention de rappel ponctuelle. Les données confirment l'effet de renforcement d'un sivi systématique au sein des formation spédagogiques.
