Abstract :
[en] We present a discussion on the treatment options in the case of a patient seen at the outpatient abnormal movement clinic for a resting tremor of both hands. Signs and symptoms of the parkinsonian syndrome are summarized as well as the current treatment options of early Parkinson's disease.
