[en] Intussusception is the invagination of a bowel segment in another one. Some authors classify this pathology as sparadic, whilst others think is one of the main causes of bowel obstruction in bovines. The aim of this article is to help vets to make a diagnosis as accurate as possible, together with an appropriate prognosis and therapy.
