[en] Soil structure is a key parameter influencing erosion and water transfers. This paper describes an experiment that covers different aspects of soil structure. Three tillage systems are tested: reduced tillage, and two ploughing systems. At micro-scale, analyses are tomography which study images to determine porosity characteristics (connectivity, size, number…) and pF curves where total available water and effective porosity are deducted. At field scale, soil losses and runoff are collected and measured after rainfall simulation on plots for the different tillage systems. The comparison of the results for both scales shows the links between phenomenons at those scales. [fr] La structure du sol est un paramètre clé influençant l’érosion et les transferts d’eau. Ce papier décrit une expérience qui inclut différents aspects de la structure du sol. Trois systèmes de préparation du sol sont testés : le non labour, et deux systèmes en labour. A la micro-échelle, les analyses consistent en de la tomographie avec étude d’images pour la détermination des caractéristiques de la porosité (connectivité, taille, nombre,…) et l’étude des courbes pF dont sont déduites la réserve utile en eau et la porosité efficace. À l’échelle de la parcelle, les pertes en sol et le ruissellement sont collectés et mesurés après simulation de pluie sur des parcelles pour les différentes méthodes culturales. La comparaison des résultats des deux échelles permet de mettre en évidence le lien entre les phénomènes à ces différentes échelles.
