Abstract :
[en] In this short comment on a decision of the Court of First Instance of Brussels I touch upon two classic issues of cross-border litigation : first the obligation which may be imposed on a foreign plaintiff to post bond and second the prohibition for the court addressed to review a foreign decision on the merits.
