Abstract :
[en] Based on a participative and experimental methodology, this paper proposes a set of variables able to qualify the level of sustainability of emerging inter-organizational governance practices. These variables are also action levers allowing to reach new durable compromises on work arrangements within inter-organizational partnerships.
[fr] A partir d'une démarche participative et expérimentale, cet article propose un ensemble de variables permettant de décrire les pratiques de gouvernance inter-organisationnelles. Ces variables constituent également des leviers d'action sur lesquels s'appuyer pour conclure, à l'échelon inter-organisationnel, des compromis durables en matière d'arrangements de travail.
