Abstract :
[en] In this seminar, students are invited to study the fundamentals of cross-border IP disputes, using as an example the rules of jurisdiction in force within the European Judicial Area for patent disputes. Particular attention is paid to the case law of the ECJ and the difficulties patent holders face in obtaining cross-border relief.
