Abstract :
[en] EUROBACK is but a European clone of BackServ. It was launched because those who conceived it had a positive experience with the American-based electronic list. This article will explore why EUROBACK is necessary as a separate list, and it will compare librarianship on the North American and European continents, where library materials are viewed quite differently.
