Abstract :
[en] The use of pycnogenols (including mainly prodelphinidins) being contained in plant extracts (e.g. Ribes nigrum or Black Currant leaves) in a proportion of at least 2% by weight or isolated and purified form, dor the preparation of antiinflammatory medicaments. A novel therapeutic use of pycnogenols extracted from Ribes nigrum leaves is particularly described .
