Abstract :
[en] We explore the impact of (agentic) AI in healthcare decision-making, highlighting its transition from passive data reporting to proactive automation. Using case studies like supply chain operations management (SCOM), MedTAKMI-CDI, and Therabot, we show how autonomous agents can detect complex patterns beyond simple searches, resolve operational bottlenecks, enhance data accuracy, and reduce manual tasks —all while maintaining humans in the loop.
