Photo thermal conversion; Phase change material; Solar energy
Abstract :
[en] This utility model discloses a solar thermal storage water tank based on photothermal conversion, belonging to the technical field of renewable energy thermal energy storage. The water tank aims to address the problems of existing solar hot-water phase-change thermal storage tanks, including complex structure, reliance mainly on heat transfer from water to the phase-change material, slow energy storage, and the consumption of heat from the water during the thermal storage process, which reduces the hot-water temperature. The device comprises a thermal storage water tank. A photothermal conversion phase-change layer is arranged on the upper surface of the tank, and the outside of the photothermal conversion phase-change layer is sealed and covered with a transparent thermal insulation protective cover. Under solar radiation, the photothermal conversion phase-change layer can convert solar energy into thermal energy and store the heat through the phase-change material. The transparent thermal insulation protective cover provides both light transmission and thermal insulation, thereby reducing heat loss during photothermal conversion, increasing the amount of stored heat, and extending the duration of heat supply to the user side.
