[fr] Malgré le faible nombre d’ovocytes équins disponibles pour la recherche, des techniques de reproduction assistée récemment développées dans cette espèce permettent maintenant de produire des embryons en utilisant des étalons et des juments subfertiles ou même de sauvegarder leur potentiel génétique après leur mort. Cette revue de littérature décrit les aspects cliniques de la collecte d’ovocytes ex vivo ou in vivo, leur évaluation, leur maturation in vitro et leur utilisation pour le transfert intra-folliculaire ou salpyngien et l’injection intra-cytoplasmique de spermatozoïde.
