[en] The authors wish to inform readers that an error was identified in the published article and requires correction. The second paragraph of section 3.3. ("Current regulatory framework for emergency preparedness") states: "More recent cases include vaccines for HPAI, porcine teschovirus (PTV3), and epizootic … " The corrected text is: "More recent cases include vaccines for HPAI, BTV serotype 3 (BTV3), and epizootic … " Consequently, the third line of section 3.5.3. ("Make them available – the (bumpy) road to the BTV-3-vaccine") requires replacing the sentence "… a sudden outbreak of BTV serotype 3 (BTV3) which…" with "… a sudden outbreak of BTV3, which … " The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
