[en] Burki lymphoma (BL) is a highly aggressive B-cell neoplasm with poor overall survival in cases
of refractory or relapsed disease. Standard-of-care strategies in these situa ons remain
undefined. A recent retrospec ve study evalua ng chimeric an gen receptor (CAR) T-cell
therapy in refractory BL reported disappoin ng outcomes.
We describe a case of CAR T-cell detec on following autologous hematopoie c stem cell
transplanta on (auto-HCT) a er CAR T-cell-based salvage therapy.
