Abstract :
[en] The aim of this study was to evaluate a possible contribution of genomic structural variation to MS susceptibility. We confirmed the association of DRB5 presence (DRB1*1501) and multiple sclerosis We found association with one additional CNV in Chr1 and multiple sclerosis We identified four additional CNVs potentially associated to multiple sclerosis in a set of 40 MS samples.
