Abstract :
[en] This report presents the insights gained from my participation in the VIII EuroMed Young Researchers Forum held in Mollina (Spain). The event combined plenary sessions, thematic workshops, and activities with the local community, relying on methods of non-formal education. Discussions focused on key challenges facing Mediterranean cities, including climate vulnerabilities, land pressure, mobility and socio-spatial inequalities, and multi-level governance. I also took part in policy communication sessions dedicated to writing policy articles and briefs, and to translating research findings for public decision-makers. The report highlights: (1) five key findings on urban development in the Mediterranean context; (2) an operational framework for turning scientific results into actionable messages; and (3) concrete outcomes for my research and its future directions.
