[en] In this text, we have interviewed Dr. Charlotte Lundgren about descriptive methods. In her work, she draws on conversation analysis, interactionist sociology and ethnomethodology to propose multimodal descriptions of human-horse interactions. The approach Dr. Lundgren has devised aims to bring together these two levels of description: the analysis of interactions from the perspective of each of the actors (human and animal) and the consideration of the socio-anthropological context, marked by power asymmetry, within which these interactions take place.
