Abstract :
[fr] Les synthèses de l'acide m-trifluorométhylanilino-2 pyridinesulfonique-3, de sa sulfonamide, de quelques alkyl et aryle sulfonamides, de la morpholinosulfone et de la N-méthylpypérazinosulfone correspondantes sont décrites. L'action antiinflammatoire des nouveaux dérivés a été examinée. Certains produits paraissent très intéressants dans ce domaine.
[en] There are reported syntheses of 2-(m-trifluoromethylanilino)pyridine-3-sulphonic acid, its sulphonamide, some alkyl and aryl derivatives of the sulphonamide, and of the respective morpholine- and N-methylpiperazinesulphones. Anti-inflammatory properties of the obtained compounds have been investigated. Some of them have been shown to look highly promising in this respect.
