Abstract :
[en] As an example, the clinical case of a 36-year-old patient hospitalized due to an atypical chest pain which is why important to establish a correlation between the clinic and the biological marker dosage, such as troponin. Doing this enables the clinician avoid a bias in his/her diagnostic hypothesis thanks to the presence of false positives and thus avoid the carrying out of complementary exams which may prove invasive, useless, expensive and stressful for the patient.
