[en] Initially starting from the study of a river, the Khauraha (part of the Karnali), and its bank, a banbhoj sthal, in the buffer zone of Bardiya National Park (also the subject of my Master's thesis), I am now studying the feelings of humans in human- animal encounters, around and inside Bardiya National Park. I will explain how I came to change my subject during my second six-month fieldwork in the Bardiya buffer zone and the different methodologies I have adopted and adapted over time.
