Abstract :
[en] Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) classified within Orthopneumovirus genus is a major cause of bovine respiratory disease complex (BRD). Our preliminary phylogenetic study identified circulating BRSV strains from subgroup II, and for the first time, subgroup VIII in Belgium. The effectiveness of Belgian marketed vaccines (phylogenetic subgroup II and III) in the field is uncertain. In this study, we assessed the humoral immune response to vaccination.
