[en] Often overlooked, the concept of procedural indemnities adds a layer of exposure for the parties to a civil dispute. This article explains how a recent development in Belgian case law may result in much higher procedural indemnities than expected for trial-and-error litigation tactics involving purposely undervalued provisional claims.
