Abstract :
[en] Buildings are becoming more and more complex: the services installed are always more complicated, and are integrated with passive solutions, in order to reduce the energy consumption of the buildings. To lower this latter, the research is now focused on the development of advanced control systems to be introduced in the so called “Smart Buildings”. However, to implement these systems, it is necessary a deep knowledge of the building, and therefore a detailed model of this latter. The aim of this project is, then, to develop a model on Matlab/Simulink of two rooms of a school building, which will be the basis on which apply a control system aimed to increase the energy efficiency of the rooms analyzed.
