Abstract :
[en] Several chlorophylls were found to be present in low quantities in Chlorella extracts besides standard chlorophyll a and b. They included chlorophyll a and b isomers, allomerized chlorophyll, chlorophyllides and a particular protochlorophyll-like pigment. The chromatographic separation and some of the properties of these special chlorophylls are described. Their possible nature is discussed. © 1965.
