Plasma; Inductively Coupled Plasma; Hybridized Discontinuous Galerking; High Order Method
Abstract :
[en] In this work, the early-stages of the development of a 3D hybridized discontinuous Galerkin solver for inductively coupled plasma are presented. The axisymmetric steady-state version of the code is presented with some basic verification cases.
